 2007/08 champions Trecenydd Snooker' Trecenydd won the title on the last frame of the season despite losing 4-1 at Mackintosh Sports in their last match. They owe a debt of gratitude to Aber & Senghenydd who won the last frame against Penarth on the black after Penarth had gone 3-1 up and were set to win the title on games won if they had clinched that last frame.
