Cathays Cons are keeping last year’s top two honest though, as they beat South Wales Snooker B 3-2 to win their fourth game from as many matches. Trecenydd Bandits notched up their first victory of the season with an emphatic 5-0 defeat of Canton Libs B, leaving only three teams awaiting their first win. In the individual rankings, there are six players who have managed 5 wins from 5, with the top 10 players in the league all achieving a perfect 100% record so far.
