Savoy gained a point on County Cons this week, with a 5-0 win over Cuesaders to move within 5 points of the leaders. They were helped by another win for Sam Thomas, who made it 14 out of 14 to stay at the top of the individual rankings. County also retain their 100% record with a fine 4-1 against Senghenydd, to set up a massive clash at Savoy next week, whilst champions Canton Libs A managed a 3-2 victory at an under-strength Mackintosh. Cathays Cons are the first leaders of Division 1 thanks to a 4-1 win over Canton Libs Z, but Taff’s Well are close behind as they beat Canton Libs B 3-2, with Kevin Jones winning again to lead the Division 1 rankings ahead of Adrian Jonas of Rumney British Legion.
