Cuesaders kept up their excellent start to the season, winning 3-2 at Savoy, which means they now go into second place behind Taff’s Well B, who also maintained a 100% record by beating their local rivals Taff’s Well A 4-1. The top two face each other next week with their unbeaten records on the line, in what will be the champions’ first big test of the season. Cuesaders are matched in second place by last year’s runners-up Canton Libs A, who won a close match 3-2 against Senghenydd, whilst there were also wins for Cathays Cons, Park Cons and Canton Libs Z. Next week is the last round of league fixtures before we take a break for the first round of the Handicap Cup.
