Savoy have taken a huge step towards the Premier League title after a decisive 4-1 win at Taff’s Well B kept up their outstanding form this year. Wins for Mark Bennett, Alan Morgan, Tom Davie and Ryan Rowlands gave them their 15th consecutive win to move them clear at the top, and with a game in hand on those teams around them.

Senghenydd kept up the pressure on the top two with a 3-2 win over Canton Libs Z, whilst Cuesaders won again with a 3-2 victory over Taff’s Well A to move them into contention. It was the Llandaff’s side 7th win in a row, and with a game in hand on teams above them will fancy their chances of getting into the top two by the end of the season. Canton Libs A returned to form with a thumping 5-0 win at home to Rumney British Legion, whilst Mackintosh won their derby against Lost Boys 4-1.

Canton Libs B took full advantage of Cathays Cons’ bye week to win 4-1 at Park Club and give themselves a five point lead over their title rivals, as the season enters its crucial final quarter.
