Cathays Cons registered their fifth successive victory this week with a 3-2 win over Senghenydd to continue their impressive start to the season. The Divison One champions have shown they are ready to compete for another title this year, with Dave Earls and Mike Rathkey featuring at the top of the player rankings.

However, at the top of the rankings is last year’s winner Jason Hewitt who maintained his excellent start to the season to help Mackintosh to a 4-1 win at Canton Libs Z, whilst Trecenydd won 3-2 at Mackies Lost Boys.

Taff’s Well B got back to winning ways with a 4-1 win at Fairwater Cons, with Kevin Brown winning again to remain unbeaten. Champions Savoy matched that result with a 4-1 victory at Rumney British Legion, whilst Canton Libs B stay at the top of Divison One despite a 3-2 defeat at Taff’s Well A.
