Mackintosh are back on top of the Premier League at the halfway point of the season after they won 4-1 at an under-strength Senghenydd to register their sixth consecutive win to move a point ahead of Fairwater Cons who beat Llandaff Warriors 3-2.
Savoy remain in contention for the title after they moved up to third place with a 4-1 win against Rumney British Legion, with Mark Bennett, Kyle Patterson and Sam Thomas all getting on the breaks board.
Trecenydd Snooker beat Cuesaders 3-2 with Dylan Emery making a 46 break and Canton Libs B overcame Cathays Cons 4-1 to stay ahead of Taff’s Well at the foot of the Premier League who beat Canton Libs Z by the same scoreline, with Brian Rees providing the individual highlight of the week with a 59 break.
