Title Play-Off: County Cons 2-3 Penarth Road B – Taffs Well, 7:30pm Thursday 17th April

A play-off was held to decide the destination of the title as a 9 win run by Penarth Rd B enabled them to pull back a significant points deficit on County Cons to leave the teams level on points, frames and head-to-head at the end of the season. County took a 2-1 lead in the play-off but Penarth Rd B levelled through Steve Flanagan and finally Terry Garland beat Kevin Brown in the final frame of the entire season to clinch their fourth title in six seasons, having won the earlier three with Fairwater Cons
