An online form is now available here.to register for the 2014/15 CDSL singles and doubles competitions. The deadline for entries is September 30th and payment is due by the same date. The competitions are this year being administered by the new tournament Secretary Huw Carpenter who can be contacted at huwcarpenter@gmail.com.
