Singles and doubles entry

Entries for this year’s singles and doubles are open – please enter by either filling in the form below or emailing or texting tournament secretary Huw Carpenter on huwcarpenter@gmail.com or 07891111608.

Deadline is October 15th, and fees are £3 per person or £6 per doubles pairing and will be required by October 22nd.
Please send, or drop off, a cheque payable to the Cardiff and District Snooker Association to Spencer Symmons (address: 23 Gelli Frongoch, Cardiff CF23 8QD); or contact Spencer or cardiffsnooker@yahoo.co.uk for bank transfer details.
