Neil Tomkins beat Kishan Hirani 3-1 this week to reach his fourth Cardiff Open final. It continues Tomkins’ impressive record of having reached the final in all four years he has entered the competition, the first three of which he won including last year’s final against Spencer Symmons. Neil will play Alan Morgan in the final in early May.
