We are disappointed to report that Taff’s Well have withdrawn from the Tuesday League due to difficulty in getting a team together each week. As such all results to date have been removed from the table, and teams scheduled to play Taff’s Well will have bye weeks in the future.
Penrth British Legion, by virtue of losing to Taff’s Well several months back, are the main beneficiaries this week! They go top, one game out of hand over Fairwater, whose win over County was narrow, but testament to the way they hardly ever fail to see themselves over a visible winning line in a match.
Savoy were the first team to have an official bye, while Sam Thomas had two 30+ breaks in his win for Penarth Road, but Trec were too strong, with a second successive win for Jeff Jenkins over highly-ranked players (this time, Ryan, last week Tom Cross.)
Mackintosh lost out as much as Fairwater following TW’s withdrawal, and are now cut adrift even from Uni at the foot of the table following a 4-1 hammering by the new leaders.
All matches against Taff’s Well have also been removed from the player rankings and these will be updated shortly.
