A message to teams compelled to travel tonight:

In light of weather forecasts, if you feel that it is not safe or sensible to travel, please contact the team that would be playing host to you at the earliest opportunity to advise them that the game cannot go ahead.

Please also text this to the relevant Match Secretary.

You will be entitled to claim special circumstances, but will then be expected to replay the game on one of three dates suggested by the home side.

I would advise any teams to consider playing on two tables where possible if it looks as though treacherous travel conditions may come in later in the evening.
