The Cardiff and District Snooker Association would like to send our deepest condolences to the family of Tony Palkowski after we learned of the very sad news that he has passed away at the age of 68.

Tony was a gentleman in every sense of the word and was always very pleasant and generous to everyone he played with and against. He was involved in the league for over 30 years, most recently playing for Senghenydd and had a strong sense of fair play and a competitive spirit.

His funeral will take place on May 30th 11am at Thornhill Crematorium, and will be sadly missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to have known a truly lovely man.
