A deciding frame win by Rhys Carpenter over Huw Thomas secured Trecenydd a hat-trick of Tuesday Cup wins tonight, whilst also ending Fairwater’s hopes of a League and Cup double.  The plate final also went to a deciding frame with Savoy coming back from 2-o down to beat Penarth Road in the fifth frame, Terry Cooke the victor in the decider.
