Canton Libs A remain 4 pts clear of Wellington Thursday in the Thursday league with a 4 – 1 win over Rumney BL. Wellington Thursday who have a game in hand also won 4 – 1 against Roath Labour remain in the driving seat. SWS still remain in contention with a 3 – 2 win over Canton Libs B and stay in 3rd. Senghenydd are 4th but had a bye this week. Taffs Well had an important 5-0 win over No Balls to move into 5th place. Gower edged Trec B 3-2 to move into 6th. Elsewhere there was a shock win for Trec C who beat Savoy 3-2 and Canton Libs Z continue their recent good form with a 4-1 win over Cathays Cons.
