Taff’s Well B’s captain Tom Cross is two wins clear at the top of the individual rankings, after this week’s win moved him to 16 wins from 17 matches, with his only defeat being a fluked black.
Mark Bennett of Savoy, Taff’s Well A’s Steve Rees and Rory Wigmore of Canton Libs B lead the challengers on 14 victories, and are in still in contention to win the individual title.
With five matches left, Kishan Hirani remains the only player to record a century, with a number of 70+ breaks being recorded so far this season.
