Savoy took advantage of a weakened Senghenydd team this week to win 5-0 and regain top spot in the Premier League after a bye week for Cathays, and a close 3-2 defeat for Taff’s Well B at Mackintosh.
The battle at the top of Division One is heating up after Canton Libs B whitewashed their title rivals Canton Libs Z 5-0 to move to the summit for the first time this season, and Trecenydd showed they are going to be a match for anyone this season after defeating Fairwater 3-2 to move up to third place.
Cuesaders got their first win of the season in style with a 5-0 victory against Mackies Lost Boys, whilst Rumney British Legion moved off the bottom of Division One with a 3-2 win at Taff’s Well A.
