League Cup 2025/26

The League Cup will consist of one league of 10 teams, with each side playing two other teams home and away over the course of the season. Once the four matches have been played, the top 4 will compete in a semi-final and final to determine the overall winner. League table positions will be decided by points, wins, number of singles frames won and then head-to-head record.

Semi-finals will be 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd.

Each match will consist of 3 singles matches and a pairs match, and each side can use between 3-5 team members with players allowed to play in both a singles and doubles frame. Captains declare their order for the singles match beforehand, but captains can then pick their doubles line-up at the start of the final frame. Each singles frame will be worth one point and the pairs frame will be worth two points.

The matches will be handicapped in line with the current individual handicaps, with the pairs frame being calculated by finding the average of the two handicaps and rounding to the nearest 1, as used in the Malcolm Keenor Trophy.
