Anyone who does not adhere to these simple rules will not be accepted for any comp.

1. Entrants must put their name, club and contact number/s in the relevant comp thread.

2. Closing date for entry is Jan 20th 2012.

3. Fees are £2.50 per person, therefore = £5 for pairs entry.

Fees must be paid by Jan 31st to Spencer Symmons.

Any player/s who have not paid by then will be scratched, and in the event of a match having been already played, their opponent/s will be put through to the next round.

Each comp has its own thread, so as to be transparent for all to see.

I will only accept entries on these threads, so any person asking to be entered on a different thread will be ignored.

Any disputes must be put on the relevant comp thread and will be decided by the committee, so it`s in your best interest to play your match a.s.a.p.
