The top 4 teams continue to dominate the Premier League as they all recorded big wins this week. Mackintosh remain top after a 4-1 win at Canton Libs B, but are only one point ahead of their rivals.
Taff’s Well B are in second place on games won after an impressive win against an in-form Rumney British Legion 5-0, with Rhys Carpenter maintaining his 100% start to the season. Savoy A also recorded a whitewash away to Cuesaders, while Canton Libs A won 4-1 at home to Senghenydd.
The middle of the table is equally close as only one point separates 5 teams. Canton Libs Z made the biggest move up the table after winning 5-0 against South Wales Snooker, whilst Park Club lost 4-1 to Savoy B. Cathays Cons won the closest match of the week after defeating Taff’s Well A 3-2.
After almost a third of the season gone, the league is looking like being the closest for years in all areas of the table.
