Week 6 round-up #cardiff #snooker

All the details have now been added after Week 6, sorry for the delay. In the Tuesday League, Fairwater’s win against County consolidated their position at the top but Savoy crept into second place by virtue of a no-show by Taffs Well who were deducted 6 pts. Mackintosh are unusually low in the league after a comeback from 2-0 down by Penarth BL whilst Wellington secured a 3rd win in a row.

In the Thursday League, Wellington Thursday have stolen a march on their nearest rivals to go to the top 2pts with a very impressive 5 – 0 win against Taffs Well. Champions Canton Libs A got back to winning ways with an impressive 4-1 over Senghenydd in a match that was closer than the scoreline suggested and moved into second.

Four fifty breaks this week – one in the Tuesday League (Dobson) and three on Thursday (Chichester, Trottman and Jones).

In the Tuesday rankings Ryan Rowlands and Terry Garland took advantage of the Taffs Well no-show at Savoy to move a frame ahead of Mark Bennett with their 6th wins out of 6.
