Very few changes in the Premier League table this week, and very few breaks of note reported. The only shift in postion saw Canton, after a fine win over Mack B, move above Trecenydd. The leaders Savoy took advantage of a home fixture to extend that lead; the top two sides played the bottom two sides, and Savoy cashed in a little better than County, although County themselves now have a three point buffer in second place.
Both Penarth and Fairwater came through tricky matches, edging them by the odd frame, while South Wales Snooker are again right on the tails of Park Cons to avoid the wooden spoon.
Jason Hewitt and Mark Bennett maintained their 100% records, and Kevin Brown won his 10th in a row to stay well in content (at time of writing the rankings table hasn’t been updated, sorry).
