Handicap Cup Format

The format for the Handicap Cup will be the same as last year, with players being drawn at random. Each captain will write down their 5 players, with the opposing captain drawing out each name. The order of play is continuous and no alterations can be made, unless agreement is reached by both captains.

The eight winners of the first round will then enter the Handicap Cup, which will be split into two groups of four, with each team playing each other once. The top two teams will then reach the semi-finals, with the winner of Group A playing the runner-up of Group B, and vice versa.

The losers of the first round will enter the Handicap Plate competition, which will be one group of five teams, with each team playing each other once. The top two teams will then contest the final.
