Just before Christmas, Mackintosh Sports and Fairwater Cons reached the semi-finals of the Tuesday Cup with wins over Penarth BL and Wellington respectively. They will face Penarth Road and County Cons in the semi-finals in February.

The match at Penarth led to some clarification about what should happen if in the event of the random draw one player is not available to play at the designated position. Unless agreed beforehand, that would entitle the opposition to claim the frame. See the Cups page for more detail.
