Tuesday Cup kings Trecenydd – winners for the past two seasons – easily overcame County Cons 3-0 in the semi-finals to set up a repeat of last year’s final against Fairwater Cons. Fairwater reached the final as Steve Flanagan beat Ronnie Allen in a deciding frame. Last year Trecenydd beat Fairwater 3-0 in the final and the Cons will be hoping for a different result this year.

In the plate competition Penarth Road will face Savoy in the final, with the highlight of the round coming as 10 year old Alfie Davies won his first frame of the season.
