Senghenydd secured one of the results of the season by winning 3-2 at Savoy, to end the Barry team’s 19 league game winning run. Despite going 2-0 down they fought back to clinch the deciding frame and inflict the first defeat on the champions-elect since the opening game of the season.

That win keeps Senghenydd in the race for second spot, whilst Taff’s Well B won 3-2 at Cathays Cons who now have a five point lead over Canton Libs B at the top of Division One.

Canton Libs Z won 4-1 against Mackies Lost Boys to retain an outside chance of catching Cathays, and Mackintosh won 4-1 at home to Park Club, whilst Cuesaders got back to winning ways with a 3-2 win at Rumney British Legion.
