This year’s singles and doubles competition have started at a very high standard with last week seeing a 97 by Alan Morgan in his 2-0 win over Dan Peacey in the Cardiff Handicap, and an 80 by Neil Tomkins and 63 by Spencer Symmons in the Cardiff Open. Morgan’s 97 was the highest in the Handicap for two seasons, but the 3rd break between 97 and 99 in the last 5 seasons.
