We have received the tragic news that a former member of the league Lee Smith has passed away at the age of 36.

Lee (known to everyone as Stretch) was an excellent player and part of the outstanding South Wales Snooker team that won the Premier League four times in seven seasons.

He was a lovely guy who was well-liked by everyone involved in the league, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this very difficult time.
