Senghenydd produced the result of the week with a well-deserved 3-2 win at Taff’s Well B to take the champions’ unbeaten record, and close the gap on the top four.

Canton Libs B move up to 6th place after a cancellation by Savoy A gave them a 5-0 walkover win, meaning the Barry side lose ground on their rivals.

The Mackintosh are now clear at the top of the table after a 4-1 victory at South Wales Snooker, and they are closely followed by Canton Libs A who recorded an impressive 5-0 whitewash over Taff’s Well A.

The other matches were all close affairs as Park Club ended their losing streak as they beat Rumney British Legion 3-2, and Cuesaders defeated Cathays Cons by the same scoreline, whilst Savoy B continued their recent good form to win 3-2 at home to Canton Libs Z.
