Mackintosh are the clear leaders of the Premier League at Christmas as they won a tense encounter 3-2 against Taff’s Well B to increase their lead at the top of the table.

Savoy A produced one of the performances of the season so far with a 4-1 victory against Canton Libs A, with a 98 break from Matthew Laver being the outstanding individual highlight of the week.

Senghenydd maintained their excellent run of form with a 3-2 win over Savoy B, whilst Canton Libs Z beat Park Club 4-1.

Cathays Cons and Taff’s Well A both recorded their third victories of the season with a 3-2 win over Canton Libs B and a 4-1 victory against South Wales Snooker respectively.

Cuesaders kept up their excellent recent form with a third win in a row at Rumney British Legion to move above them into 9th place.
